We can ship to virtually any address in the world. You can expect your shipment to be delivered via either UPS or USPS (United States Postal Service).
When you place an order, you will get a real-time shipping quote based on the order and the shipping service you choose. We hope to one day be able to offer free shipping, but until then, just know that the shipping rates you are paying, are the shipping rates we are paying. We are not in business to make money on shipping. As we continue to grow our business, we will re-evaluate charging customers shipping costs. Please note that certain items ship individually, such as books, X-Large prints, panorama prints, vinyl banners, and metal prints (not to be confused with metallic prints).
If you have a problem with any of your order (i.e. damage due to shipping), please contact us within 10 days of delivery. We will gladly replace any damaged items with photo submission. If you have received the wrong item, you can keep the incorrect item and we will send the right one, free of charge. Send us a direct email with your request and pictures to email@example.com.
