What does F.A.Q. mean?
Welcome to the internet! F.A.Q. stands for Frequently Asked Question. It's a way for us to read your mind and answer your questions before you can even ask them.
Magic! (and years of practice) Brian works with Adobe Photoshop and a Wacom tablet on a Mac. He used to do pencil and ink traditionally, and developed his style using Prismacolor markers. Then he graduated to scanning his pencil and ink work into the computer to do digital coloring. Now every step of the process is done on the computer. You can get a few different looks at the process here. You can also tune into his live drawing sessions on Facebook to watch him work. Take a look at our upcoming schedule to see when the next live drawing will be.
I ordered from your store. When do I get my stuff?
Soon! Check out our shipping policies here.
Can I combine shipping on prints and apparel?
Sorry but all print orders are fulfilled and shipped from our office. All apparel is printed and shipped by TeePublic.com, we just provide the designs. Any and all questions regarding your t-shirt order should be directed to their customer support.
What are your prints printed on?
80# Gloss Cover Stock- This stock is used for our Large and Small standard prints and is coated with a glossy finish. It's roughly the thickness of a postcard or baseball card.
14 pt. Gloss Coated Cover (C2S) with High-Gloss UV- This stock is used for our Trading Cards and is very similar to the 80# Gloss Cover Stock above but with an additional clear coating.
105# Pearl Metallic Card Stock, 100# Silver Metallic Card Stock, 100# Gold Metallic Card Stock- These stocks are used for our metallic prints. We most commonly use the Pearl Metallic to really bring out the colors and give the art a pearlescent shimmer.
100# Gloss Text- This is a pretty standard poster paper and we use it for our X-Large and Panorama prints.
10oz. Indoor Vinyl Polypropylene- Our banners are printed on this lightweight, durable, flexible material with matte finish are fade-resistant, tear-resistant, and flame-retardant.
Metal- Yes, our metal prints are actually printed on a sheet of metal! These prints look amazing under the light but it's hard to explain them without you actually seeing them in person.
Do you ship internationally?
What is your return policy?
We only accept the return of Jedis and Kings. Kidding! If you have a problem with your print order, please check our Return Policy here.
What are your upcoming appearances?
You can see our upcoming schedule here. We hope to see you soon!
Do you take private commissions?
You are more than welcome to contact us but it is very unlikely we will be able to accept commissions. Between a full convention schedule, working on Brian's book, The Circle, freelance work and life in general, his schedule just doesn't allow for many commissions.
